Responsibilities:

· Deliver findings and actionable recommendations to clients via professional business proposals and engaging presentations.
· Maintain detailed documentation of the project processes and systems for management's evaluation.
· Maintain consistent client engagement through regular project updates and networking opportunities.
· Collaborate with team members on various project-related tasks and support ongoing activities.
Skills and Experience:
· 3-6 years of experience within the banking, technology, or consulting sectors.
· Strong understanding of core business operations and products in the private banking sector.
· Ability to apply technological solutions to address business needs.
· Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
· Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly.
· Exceptional presentation and communication abilities with both clients and internal teams.
· 3+ years of experience in Change Management or Transformation within Private Banking.
· Familiarity with Business Integration, Migration, or Target Operating Model (TOM) projects in Private Banking.
