Responsibilities (HR):
- Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
- CPF Submission
- Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
- Administrate Corppass users
- File exit clearance (IR21)
- Annual filing of income tax
- Weekly manpower update
- Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
- Annual Leave Administration
- Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
- Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
- Handle ad-hoc office administration
Responsibilities (Accounts):
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of related journal entries.
- Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with the requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive ledger of accounts receivable, recording detailed information for each receivable such as customer name, invoice number, amount, aging, and payment status.
- Handles Accounts Payable and Data Entry
- Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on payment issue
- Perform Creditors’ Reconciliation
- Prepare payments
- Any other Ad-hoc accounts related duties as requested.
