Job Description:
- Break down and gradually complete sales tasks according to the sales targets and plans set by the company.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Provide sales reports and market analysis, and regularly report sales performance to the management.
- Stay updated on market trends, analyze competitors, and offer constructive opinions and feedback to the company's management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduates in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields are preferred.
- 1-3 years of work experience, with preference for candidates who have ToB (Business to Business) or ToG (Business to Government) client resources or actual sales experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong self-motivation, execution ability, and a clear sense of goals.
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- Strong planning, stress management, and adaptability skills.
Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
