Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
- Front-desk duties at exclusive premier lounges.
- Oversee and lead a team of passenger service agents.
- Make final decisions in ensuring a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
- Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor your team to the best of discipline standards.
- Ensure that compliance standards and SOPs are met.
- Assist Duty Manager accordingly. (eg: Daily deployment)
Requirements:
- Local Diploma (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
- PR with non-local diploma will be considered for Customer Service Agent role instead
- Cheerful with pleasant communication skills
- Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
- Comfortable with working 6-days work week, rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Overnight)
- Work in Changi Airport
