Supervising staffs, promoting hair and treatment services and meet company sales target. Manage daily operation and ensure customers satisfaction.
- Perform hair services, including hair cutting , colouring, blow-drying, styling and etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the salo
- In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
- Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned to all staff.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management or related field
- 10 years of hairstylist's and Management experience is required.
- 5 years for manageial position's experience in hair salon
- Proven skills of hair cutting
- Deep knowledge of latest hair styling
- Must be willing to work on weekend and public holidays
