Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Oversee the accounting of CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of investments made in assets such as equipment, facilities, and infrastructure
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines, ensuring proper allocation of financial resources and adherence to budget constraints
  • Prepare project financial reports and analyses to provide insights into the financial performance of ongoing projects
  • Utilize basic costing principles (the process of determining the costs associated with producing goods or services) to assist in managing and analysing the company's cost structure
  • Support product costing initiatives by gathering and analysing cost data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring accuracy in product cost calculations
  • Prepare and submit statutory financial reports (reports required by law to provide transparency about the company's financial status) in compliance with local regulatory requirements
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of statutory filings, including financial statements and tax reports
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure all reporting obligations are met and align with both company policies and local regulations.
  • Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Experience with CAPEX and project accounting, including budgeting and financial analysis
  • Basic understanding of product costing and cost analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory reporting requirements and compliance.
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Candidate must be highly motivated, be able to work independently as well as in a team and have good organizational and oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
