The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing Manager in executing marketing activities and campaigns to drive demand and conversion. This role is essential for maintaining the company's digital marketing platforms and ensuring timely, relevant content for end-users. Additionally, the Marketing Assistant coordinates with Marcom requests from different departments and serves as a liaison between the company and third-party contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with in-house POSM production
- Support the graphic designer with basic print/ online artwork designs
- Liaise with third-party contractors and agencies for Marcom materials and manpower
- Coordinate events, including venue sourcing and on-site support
- Prepare, curate and schedule daily social media content
- Manage interactions on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with Marcom and Product teams to create and execute digital campaigns.
- Support Marketing Executive in content creation and curation
- Maintain and update company websites
- Track and record marketing activities and expenditures
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant courses preferred
- 1 year of experience in Marketing or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
