Admin Executive (Contract)
Contract Period: 2 months
This position is to report to Manager (Corporate Services) and the Assistant Managers and provide support to ensure the smooth operations of the HR/Admin Department.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for department administrative support duties such as AOR, invoice processing to finance, recording of expenses etc.
- Processing daily outgoing mails using of the franking machine, arranging weekly courier service etc.
- To disseminate the incoming mails and despatch to the relevant departments.
- To buy and prepare the refreshment for all meetings.
- To ensure that the Boardroom and Meeting rooms are set-up properly and ready for the meeting.
- To ensure there is enough inventory for the coffee capsule, tea, cups, plates, cutlery, boxes etc.
- Assist the department in organising any Staff Events.
- Responsible for general corporate office administration duties like procurement of office stationery supplies.
- Other general administrative or corporate service duties as assigned by Manager, Corporate Services and Assistant Managers.
We want you, if you have/are:
- At least a Diploma in Administrative or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in doing Admin.
- Service oriented with good written & verbal communication skills.
- A team-player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, meticulous and self-motivated.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
