Job Description
- Monitoring of server consoles and security cameras
- Escort external personels into the Data Centre
- Coordination of scheduled works and maintenance
- Adhesive to the Data Centre standard procedures
- Troubleshoot servers alerts
- Escalate issues to the relevant teams
- Ensure backup cartridges are transported to offsite location
- Timely execution of daily tasks based on timetable
- Provide assistance to system engineers during escalations
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement
- Minimum ITE in Computer, Electrical, Information Systems or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in a Data Centre environment
- Knowledge in various operating systems
- Hands-on experience on server hardware
- Good understanding of network infrastructure
- Able to work independently and self- driven
- Must be willingly to work on shifts
