Job Description & Requirements
- Assist the HR Manager to oversee the Administrative and HR Department & managing the full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties.
- Assist the manpower recruitment cycle for CMP sector.
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
- Perform HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Coordinate with the HOD on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation, and all HR-related matters.
- Oversee the entire hiring process from advertising job openings to welcoming new employees.
- Handle the administration of insurance policies and process claims.
- Assist and follow-up with government-related task from government agencies like MOM, ICA, BCA, CPF, etc.
- Provide general office administrative support.
- Communicate with dormitory operators and the company’s dormitory in charge to address worker needs, including arrivals and departures.
- Manage office stationery inventory and monthly issuance of stationery and hardware items.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
- Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment and etc.
- Participate in planning company activities such as team bonding, staff gathering, D&D etc.
- Execute additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
