Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - IT to lead and manage our projects in the loyalty platform department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, resource planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and proven experience in functional testing for web-based and desktop applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan milestones and resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop, review, and create test plans and test cases, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project deliverables.
Testing Oversight:
- Perform ambiguity testing of business requirements and functional specifications to ensure clarity and completeness.
- Implement test plans, test suites, and scripts, recording actual results and identifying defects using industry-standard tools (e.g., Azure, JIRA).
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with vendors, business analysts, developers, and testers for seamless project implementation.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork to address any project-related challenges.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct functional testing of web-based and desktop applications, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications.
- isolate, replicate, and report bugs, verifying fixes and identifying potential quality issues promptly.
Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate knowledge in manual testing of APIs and familiarity with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger for REST APIs testing.
- Understand and write SQL queries as needed; experience with backend tools like PL/SQL Developer, Toad, or SQL Server is a plus.
Agile Methodologies:
- Utilize agile development methodologies in project execution and testing processes.
- Ensure effective communication and engagement within Agile teams.

Experience:
