Principal accountabilities :
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct Destination-Token Management
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents and follow up with the courier team. Arrange for courier pickups as required by the operations and sales team.
- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, posts, courier and redirecting it to the concerned team.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and stationery, maintaining the records of supplies and movement.
- Maintaining tidy reception area
- Follow the instructions from supervisor.
- Attendance Management
- Consolidation of job resumes received at the branch and redirecting it to HR
- Deliverables Management
- Back-up for Service RM / CSE
Assignment of Work: Focus on areas highlighted by supervisor.
