about the role
As an AR Specialist, you will manage the full AR function, including billings, receipts, collections, and intercompany reconciliations. You will assess customer creditworthiness, review and approve credit notes, and ensure that Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets are met through timely reporting and collaboration with stakeholders. Additionally, you will handle customer master data, generate sales reports, perform bank reconciliations, process Letters of Credit, and support intercompany AP processing. You will also assist with month-end closing and ad hoc projects as required.
experience and skills required
You are ideally degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in an international business environment. You have experience in either Oracle or SAP.
You are self-motivated, possess strong business acumen, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A team player with a high level of integrity, you are able to work effectively with diverse teams and handle multiple responsibilities.
