Responsibilities:
· Create import & export jobs in system till Billing and file closure
· Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipment arrival & export shipment booking
· Liaise with Internal & External Customers for shipments arrangement
· Handle import & export custom permit
· Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargo handling
· Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader
· Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent
· Support Sales for quotation
· Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies
· Minimum of 3 years of experience working in freight forwarding operations
· Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
· Interpersonal skills
