Our Client:

Our Client is originated from Scotland and portfolio includes the world's best-loved Scotch whiskies and other spirits. We are seeking a Boutique Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service that meets the expectations of our guests and to inspire lifelong enthusiastic brand advocacy.


Good Compensation and Benefits

Working Location: Central Area

Woking Hours: 11am – 8pm (5 days per week including weekend)


Job Responsibilities:

Boutique

· To warmly welcome all clients with passion and exceptional customer service and inspire all clients to become enthusiastic ambassadors of the brand.

· Ensure that The Boutique is presented as a world-class 5-star luxury destination, maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and organisation in both the front-of-house and back-of-house areas with meticulous attention to detail

· Keep up to date on daily business needs by attending all briefs, referring to the daily communication, notice boards and rosters


Private Dining Offering

· Manage/respond to private dining queries and reservation requests.

· Support and facilitate private lunch/dinner, extending exceptional hospitality to delight our clients.


Client Centricity

· Maintain impeccable standards of grooming and appearance, in line with the grooming and appearance guidelines of the brand.

· Be curious. Explore and discover clients’ interest through active engagement.

· Fully attentive to guests and their needs and expectations during their visit in the Boutique.


Job Requirements

· A strong, charismatic, positive, and upbeat people person with self-awareness.

· Outstanding customer service knowledge and delivery. Great service mindset. Ready to go the extra mile.

· Robust storytelling skills.

· Able to learn and retain information about brand and the brand heritage.
