Job Descriptions
- To study contract documents and perform measurements;
- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with Client's representative on claims and variation costs;
- Call quotations, compare prices and prepare Bill of Quantities to arrive the tender pricing;
- To prepare budget statement monthly and review by Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contract Manager
- To review and verify the Subcontractor's/Supplier's claims and prepare payment Certificate;
- To attend site, progress claim and tender meeting;
- Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defects liability period;
- To maintain the Quality System in the Contract Department; and
- Be responsible for any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time as your superior/Management deem fit
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / QS
- Work independently with minium supervision
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, AUTOCAD, Bluebeam and Project Schedule
