Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our marketing campaigns
* Promote & market company's products and services
* Handle incoming calls, queries and feedback
* Assist to arrange appointment for customers to the respective outlets
* Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
* Achieve turn up rate for outgoing calls
* Meeting set targets for calls made and sales achievement
Job Requirements
* Strong Negotiation Skills: Confidence in pitching products and services, with persuasive techniques to close sales.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
* Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently, making a high volume of calls while handling administrative tasks.
* Previous Telemarketing Experience: Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, especially within the beauty or skincare industry, is a plus.
* Customer-Focused: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Great interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin
