Job Description:
- Report to Project (Sales) Manager and communicate with all project team members
- Update status of individual projects
- Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
- Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
- Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
- To prepare submission of material and drawing
- To identify possible technical problems and seek for solution
- Coordinate the safety management system on site.
- Supervise project deliverables regarding site co-ordination and installation of M&E works
- Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
Job Responsibility:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in ACMV trade
- Work location Singapore Island wide
