Admin Coordinator

Smc Corporation (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide back-end support to transit engineering and sales
  • Monitor progress of contractors' production status
  • Liaise with suppliers on production delivery/quality issue
  • Coordinate customers' sales enquiry and orders
  • Coordinate on customers' orders eg stock checking, delivery arrangements, prepare shipping documents
  • Generate work orders, delivery orders and invoices

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec/GCE 'O' Level
  • Relevant experience preferred but not essential
  • Possess strong administrative and organization skills
  • Being customer-oriented and have a sense of urgency when matters require priority
