Job Responsibilities:
- Provide back-end support to transit engineering and sales
- Monitor progress of contractors' production status
- Liaise with suppliers on production delivery/quality issue
- Coordinate customers' sales enquiry and orders
- Coordinate on customers' orders eg stock checking, delivery arrangements, prepare shipping documents
- Generate work orders, delivery orders and invoices
Job Requirements:
- Higher Nitec/GCE 'O' Level
- Relevant experience preferred but not essential
- Possess strong administrative and organization skills
- Being customer-oriented and have a sense of urgency when matters require priority
