Job Description
· Daily Operations for Air Freight
· Execute full set of AWB/BL / Import/Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc
· Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors
· Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters/hauliers
· Timely response for all enquiries with accuracy
· Communicate and coordinate with each stake holder for efficient execution of shipments
· Managing Warehouse – Forklift usage
· Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
· Minimum 3 to years of working experience handling Air Freight Operations and documentations
· Good communication skills
· Good in Microsoft office applications
