- In charge of all the sales for private customers, both local and overseas customers
- Managing a team of 4 persons, all sales profiles + 1 administrative
- Helping other entities in the group in their strategy regarding private sales
- Special treatment for the top 50 customers (Conciergerie service)
- Coordinate event and tasting in order to develop customer database.
- Position reports to the General Manager
We are looking for a senior experienced person, with connection in the wine industry and high wealth potential customer, with below characteristic:
- Autonomy and capacity of interacting with High potential customer
- Leadership, charism, experience in entertaining customers.
- Good wine knowledge
- Already experienced in management,
- Feel comfortable with no micro-management
- Availability to work in SME context
