Our client is a leading company in premium alcoholic beverages. This role will focus on automation-led analytics and sales training to enhance decision-making and drive long-term profitability and market share growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardise reporting and develop automated dashboards with Sales Analysts to enhance decision-making.
- Maintain the GTR performance scorecard and facilitate Joint Business Planning with key customers.
- Lead training initiatives and create a learning calendar for the commercial organisation.
- Oversee the development of high-quality training materials in areas like Data & Analytics and Revenue Growth Management.
- Lead the Monthly Commercial Review and assess the performance of automation tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in FMCG or beverage industries, with a focus on sales excellence and route-to-market strategies.
- Proven field sales experience and progressive responsibility in managing sales teams.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting software and strong analytical skills using tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
