We are looking for an experienced EUC Support Specialist with a background in networking. The role primarily involves providing end-user computing support and network troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform regular system and network monitoring to ensure uptime and security.
- Document processes and prepare reports on technical incidents.
- Travel to multiple customer locations as required to provide support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in EUC support and network administration.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel between customer locations as needed.
