Tasks & responsibilities
Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc
Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard
Qualifications & experience
Min. Diploma in Facilities Management or Related Courses
2-3 years of experience and above
Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
