Key Responsibilities:
· Able to be proactive in his/her task daily to ensure opening of accounts and following up with customers to ensure customer visit workshops to achieve individual monthly KPIs.
· Able to be responsible and timely of submission for sales documents that needs to be handed to the respective clients for quotations or payment.
· Able to be meticulous in the task at hand to prevent in-accurate documents sent to clients.
· Able to manage communication with internal staff and warehouse to ensure timely and proper tyres are sent to respective clients without hindrances.
· Able to think within and out of the box scenarios for Stamford Tyre’s benefit in business to gain profitability.
· Being the pillar that manages customer expectations and Stamford Tyre’s expectations on a daily basis to ensure profitability is the top priority with customer satisfaction
· Able to take ownership of business and ensure that customer is satisfied with our services and satisfied with Stamford Tyres products.
· Timely Invoicing and collection of monthly billings on clients.
· Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Malay would be preferable as tyre technicians are multi-cultural.
· Able to use Microsoft excel, word document proficiently.
· Preferably a morning person and calculative in regards to calls from clients at weird hours as clients start work as early as 7:30am and may call due to daily operation situations.
· Have class 3 licence is preferred so as to enter client’s site effortlessly.
· Must have a positive attitude and a person that is able to communicate openly.
· Sales experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.
