Job Description
- Source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation to obtain the best prices and terms.
- To perform cost estimation, quantity take-off for project during tender & construction, sourcing for supplier & quotation, verifying claims & preparing progress & variation claims
- Assess and prepare the monthly progress claims and variation orders in timely manner.
- To liaise with vendors, site personnel, consultants and subcontractors for all project matters.
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements :
- Degree in Building/Structural/Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Min. 5 year relevant experience in construction industry
- Experienced in the field of aluminum windows and doors, metal wall claddings & metal works.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Responsible & meticulous.
