Job Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies and identify the key priorities to drive the business/brand forward
- Plan and lead the implementation and evaluation of activation and promotions
- Be able to identify consumer needs and create newness for the business
- Lead new channels development to broaden the revenue source for the brand
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that the supply of products are sufficient to cater for the future demands
- Foster relationships with management and external partners
- Generate relevant reports on performance vs KPIs
- Lead store expansion growth plans
- Ensure that the brand is on brand
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or similar course
- At least 8-10 years experience in a business management role
- Good at numbers and analysis
- Strong planning skills
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Clear understanding on stock inventory and supply chain
