Job Description:
- Support Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager and Operation Managers to make a project proposal to clearing offshore warehouse onboard all FPSO vessels respectively, aiming for making the physical inventory and the system’s inventory data (in AMOS) identical for better control over the offshore inventory and the consumable top-up purchase in future.
- Execute the proposed project above upon the approval of MdB President, i.e. organize the team if necessary, work out the detailed plan for each vessel with relevant project stakeholders such as Operation Managers, OIMs, Store Keepers, Maintenance Supers etc., go onboard to help offshore crews, especially OIMs and Store Keepers, to clean the physical inventory and the AMOS inventory together.
- Plan and perform random survey in the vessel’s inventory to check the data accuracy after completing the project described above.
- Plan and conduct training courses for all storekeepers.
- Identify opportunities of onshore common stock such as turbine, valves, compressors, safety gears and etc.
- Standardize AMOS material classification for all the vessels.
- Transfer any sort of expertise of material logistics to Logistics Manager and his team to strengthen the logistics organizational capability and knowledge.
- Advise Operation Management Team and Supply Chain Department of any possible efficiency improvement plans for various issues of material logistics offshore and onshore, incl. material handling procedures review, optimization of transportation, and systems and organizational reforms.
