You will be responsible for:
- Image Creation and Management (Develop, deploy, and maintain Windows 10/11 images)
- OS Deployment (Configure, troubleshoot, update, and maintain OS Deployment)
- Security Compliance (comply with security policies & standards, conducting regular audits & updates)
- Technical Support and Issue Resolution
- Project Coordination and Collaboration
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10/11 OS
- Experience in Image Creation and Deployment and Endpoint Management
- Experience in Security Practices and In-depth understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, Networking, and Endpoint Security.
- Experience in Scripting and Tools (PowerShell, command-line scripts, and SysInternals tools)
