Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
- Submission to government agency (IR8A, CPF and etc)
- Yearly renewal of company’s insurance (FWMI, WICA)
- Well versed with WICA & FWMI claims processes
- Submission of various survey required by MOM
- Generating various report upon request by the management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any fields
- At least 2 years of payroll experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and etc)
- Preferably experience in using Infotech Software
