Responsibilities:
- Serve as the project coordinator for the integration and interfacing aspects of the new project, with a focus on ERP systems.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical specifications are fulfilled and integrated solutions are executed efficiently.
- Provide project administrative support, manage vendors, and collaborate closely with peers and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements and deliverables.
- Integrate or migrate functionalities from legacy systems into the new ERP system.
- Provide timely project updates, Resolve operational issues, conduct regular maintenance and risk management, and escalate matters to maintain the stability and reliability of these applications.
- Assist the project owner in other project-related administrative tasks, such as documentation, and invoice verifications.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, system/application support, and development.
- Working experience in system integration and migration is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in .Net framework and Oracle database will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP, OutSystems, ServiceNow or similar rapid application / low-code development platforms is highly beneficial.
- Experience in Microsoft Sharepoint, CRM platforms (ex. Microsoft Dynamic CRM / Salesforce) will be advantageous.
