My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join their team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, production, and logistics to meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with sales personnel and production teams, managing delivery, invoicing, and supply chain matters efficiently.
Salary: Up to $3800 (with AWS and Bonus)

Job Description:
- Optimize the value chain to meet customer needs and production goals.
- Balance and match production schedules with customer orders and booked transport capacity.
- Handle logistics and production deviations while developing new logistics solutions.
- Support daily operations and provide assistance to the Sales and Marketing Executive and Sales Manager.
- Act as the main liaison between the SEA business unit, Operations Planning, and Logistics.
- Manage forward planning of customer orders during peak seasons and public holidays in respective destinations.
- M3 System Owner for the SEA region.
- Coordinate with international teams on customer quality claims and shipping arrangements.
- Organize and manage chef demo events when necessary.
- Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking abilities.
Requirements:
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Movex or M3).
- Experience: At least 3 years of related experience, preferably in the Food/FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Mandarin.
