Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative duties such as filing, printing, data entry and organising documents
- Inbound and Outbound calls, and providing customer service if needed
- Assist in scheduling calls and meetings/appointments
- Send and reply to emails
- Provide admin support in projects
- Help out during events (pre-event setting up, support during execution and post-event clear up)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor
