Job Overview:
- Oversee the Core Banking projects portfolio, ensuring roadmap tracking, alignment with other units, and standardization of project management practices per guidelines.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date core banking roadmap aligned with project-level planning, budgeting, and other units' plans.
- Monitor portfolio progress across schedule, cost, quality, and benefit realization.
- Standardize project management practices across the platform.
- Provide tools, templates, and training for Core Banking delivery leads.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate platform and program-level meetings to develop plans and prioritize initiatives.
- Support Programme Directors, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters as needed.
- Coordinate project teams, ensuring effective timing and interdependency management.
- Consolidate and update program plans, roadmaps, schedules, issues, risks, and progress indicators for PMO Dashboards.
- Track and manage risks, dependencies, and metrics across initiatives.
- Maintain and promote project management tools, templates, and guidelines to ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or similar roles.
- Proven experience in PMO with software delivery background (as PM or Scrum Master).
- Strong documentation, collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence.
- Bonus: Experience in data analysis and building automation scripts for project management.
