- Able to read and understand construction drawings and detect discrepancies for combined services.
- Responsible for the smooth and timely completion of projects
- Maintain all operational documentations and records
- Monitor and review performance of mechanics and draughtman
- Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
- Prepare and issue of weekly and Monthly QA/QC reports.
- Manage projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications to ensure cost control, maintain project timeline, manage manpower resources for the project.
- Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by sale manager / director
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years experiences, preferably in the building & construction.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Required to travel to construction sites and analyze the deployed machineries' repair status when the need arises.
- Good understanding of local regulatory and code requirements.
