About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Management TPU Manager to manage the segment marketing for Cables and Wires in the Asia Pacific region. The role will focus on defining and implementing marketing plans with comprehensive go-to-market strategies and tactics for key customer segments, driving and executing segment marketing strategy. You will be accountable for the segment end to end and manage the interfaces between groups, developing a strategic plan for business and market share growth.
How You Will Do It
Individual Accountabilities
• Manage segment Business Management's (BM’s) financial performance
• Drive growth through the development and implementation of BM strategy, and its relevant segment roadmaps (both tied to Strategic Business Unit (SBU))
• Develop a thorough understanding and articulation of the assigned market opportunity including market share, the competitive set, unique differentiators, and customer/target needs
• Prioritize commercial and technical projects
• Support sales forecasting, regional pricing strategies implementation, and owns product allocation to customer within the region
• Manage translation of market and customer needs into new products/applications and identification of pilot customers
• Monitor marketing performance and optimizes efforts based on data, insights, and market knowledge as reported and provided by Marketing insight team
• Develop segment pricing strategies and provides segment-specific price guidance to commercial management
• Develop product launch and sales kits: follow agreed upon launch method for fast, efficient new product introduction
• Drive segment’s key technical and commercial evaluations and key business topics via intra-regional Segment Communities

What We Look For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Product Management
• Good knowledge and experience of Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) required
• Highly skilled in formulating market strategies and go-to-market approaches.
• Experience in translating market and customer needs into new products/applications and identification of pilot customers.
• Experience in developing segment pricing strategies and providing segment-specific price guidance to commercial management.
• Experience in developing product launch and sales kits
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well across functions internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
• Flexible to travel within Asia Pacific
