Job Profile and Descriptions
The Sales Coordinator role:
• Supports the Area Sales Manager (ASM) in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets.
• Instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients on an operational level.
• Supports the ASM in resolving all inquiries from the customers and ensures high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a daily reporting structure with the ASM to ensure constructive feedback on customers activities to ensure the nature of the enquires received are in line with Leki Aviation’s core services.
• Make use of the daily contact to the customers to promote other LEKI AVIATION capabilities and up-sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain and continuously develop a healthy relationship with new and existing customers.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the ASM involving efficient handling of day to day operation.
• Support the ASM in attaining sales targets.
• Assist in the implementation of the sales strategy as prepared by the ASM.
• Ensure effective communication with logistics team for status of order.
• Create and update the status of quotation and sales order in the ERP system
• Maintain the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact and sales activity details.
• Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
• Provide timely information to the ASM on customer feedback on products and services.
• Identify business trends and partake in forecast demand from customers.
• Monitor trends and evaluate the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree highly desirable but not a must. Aviation experience is a plus but not a requirement. 1-4 years’ experience in sales and related fields with a provable track record. Fluent English verbally and written communication skills. Attention to detail. Good interpersonal communication skills. Must be friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent attendance and dependability. Excellent interpersonal skills are required and must be able to work well independently or in a team environment.
