Job Scope:
- Provide safe and efficacious healthcare to patients in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary management of patients' conditions alongside our doctors and other Allied Health Professionals.
- Provide medication management services such as medication reconciliation to patients who have difficulties with multiple prescriptions as well as to help resolve any drug-related problems.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in pharmacy or any relevant field
- Valid SPC or registerable for SPC
