Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Address employee concerns, mediate disputes and foster a positive work environment
- Assist in development and implementation of performance appraisal systems
- Procide guidance on setting performance goals and track employee progress
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills and career growth
- Assist in payroll, benefits and compensation plans
- Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and absences to ensure proper workforce planning
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR
- Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments
