- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/software)
- Good customer handling skill and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
- Install Standard SOE Image on Desktops and Laptops.
- Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices/Projectors/Meeting room facilitation.
- Document all support activity within the IT Incident and Change Management tracking tool.
- Support and troubleshooting of Operating Systems Windows 10
- Support and troubleshooting of O365 all applications
- SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge
- Mobile device configuration (Like MDM, Mailbox, Teams)
- Software and Application Troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
- Must have right attitude and customer centric approach
Skill : EUC H&F (This is 100% Onsite requirement; engineer should work from client office.)
