Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek a merchandising assistant (one year contract) to support South Asia's watches & accessories business.
Job Responsibilities
Commercial Follow Up
· Explore potential of watches & accessories business in South Asia, to propose and drive business by actions plans.
· Drive 360 action plans and partner with Supply Chain Department to optimize stocks level to deliver Sell through expectations.
· Propose and manage reliable and adequate Weekly/ Monthly Report, and relevant analysis.
System
· Familiar with the use of major sales data program to perform analysis of data and to draw meaningful conclusions in Microsoft Excel that can be translated into action plans to support the business.
· Proficient with the Buying and Clustering Tool to ensure strategic decisions are made with regards to buy quantities and assortment.
PR/ CRM
· Support relevant commercial information that enhances sales.
Visual Merchandising
· Work closely with VM team to enhance VM plan in line with launching plan and sales objectives /guidelines / store opening / CRM / store image & desirability.
Training
· To prepare training tools and organize zone training based on needs and new product launches.
Job Requirements
· University Graduate with 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail environment
· Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
