Responsibilities:
- Processing of applications for Hire Purchase
- Data entry in Hire Purchase software
- Preparation of documents for Hire Purchase
- Submission of documents to banks for Hire Purchase
- Submission of GIRO collection
- Updating of receipts in system
- Following up on payments for Hire Purchase
- Managing and tracking of accounts receivable for Hire Purchase
- Preparation of installment and debtors reports
Requirements:
- GCE O’/N’ levels and its equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and able to prioritise work and manage datelines
- Prior experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
- Possess Class 3 driving license is a plus.
