Duties and Responsibilities
- Play a part in providing high standards of service and creating unique dining experiences for our guests
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated promptly
- Be well-versed in the restaurant’s menu.
- Assist guests with the menu and provide recommendations.
- Serve guests with their food and beverage orders.
- Be able to anticipate guest’s needs and preferences and render timely service.
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining.
- Perform day-to-day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs
- Tidying up of service stations
- Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
- Be responsive to telephone enquiries and forward them to the relevant person.
- Participate in promoting a cooperative and happy working environment
- Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working in customer service
- Friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
- Great team player and customer service-oriented
- Possess strong initiative and integrity
