Position Summary

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales objectives by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring overall account success.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Understand the Market
- Analyse industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Assess the impact of market dynamics on our business and clients.
- Identify emerging client needs and opportunities.
Drive Sales Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvement areas.
Expand Client Base
- Prospect for new clients and generate qualified leads.
- Implement lead generation strategies.
- Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
Achieve Financial Targets
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Manage project profitability and optimize resources.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build Strong Partnerships
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
- Foster long-term client relationships.
Qualifications, Experience & Qualities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
