As the SEA Account Manager you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and profitability by establishing dsm-firmenich as the clients’ key supplier and sustainable partner. Perimeter includes regional accounts, and local affiliates of Global Key Accounts in coordination with Global Key Accounts Managers. The position is reporting to India/SEA Regional Sales lead.
Key responsibilities:
· Define accounts objectives and new business opportunities, develop strategy, implement through account plan execution and internal coordination,
· Negotiate with customer best commercial terms (revenues, margins and cash) based on division, region objectives and strategy,
· Understand and anticipate clients’ needs, lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities,
· Oversee entire value chain to ensure and monitor customer satisfaction and initiate corrective action through internal leadership. Stay close to operational, supply and purchasing teams to win collectively,
· Build the annual sales budget and monitor sales and profitability vs target, for the regional perimeter,
· Share visit reports, clients’ information and feedback, competitive intelligence, contributing to dsm-firmenich overall growth,
· Measure market opportunity, define strategy to address it in a sustainable way.

· Advanced sales and negotiation skills,
· Strong product expertise (product, market, consumer, technical/technology) and passion for fragrance/flavors/ingredients are a plus,
· Ability to define, prioritize and implement action plans according to business opportunities and success factors, through decision-making skills and leadership position internally,
