Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in managing service parts inventory to ensure optimal availability.
- Maintain a balanced inventory aligned with service requirements and targets, ensuring efficiency.
- Assist in forecasting and ordering inventory to support ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely stock-up of parts for new models.
- Regularly update and maintain competitive pricing for spare parts.
- Process orders from parts distributors promptly to meet demand.
- Provide support to the technical team and service partners regarding spare parts, including processing warranty claims and delivering weekly updates on parts shortages.
- Manage the return of defective parts and main units efficiently.
- Oversee demo unit operations, ensuring quarterly write-offs and disposals are executed, and conduct regular stock checks.
Requirement:
- Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in parts management and forecasting, particularly with small item SKUs, is preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented when managing large datasets.
