Working Location: Benoi, Singapore (Company transport provided with islandwide pick-up)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days a week) (OT available)
Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable / Convertible)
Benefits: 1-month completion bonus after 12 months, company transport provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections of new equipment and perform any necessary rectifications.
- Perform outdoor servicing of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and overhaul engines and hydraulic pump systems for heavy equipment, such as excavators, wheel loaders, articulated dump trucks, soil compactors, motor graders, bulldozers, skid steers, and backhoe loaders.
- Prepare and repair equipment for rental or sale.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of workshop tools and equipment.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related field.
- Preferable experience in a heavy equipment manufacturer or dealership service/repair department (Construction).
- Class 3 driving license is advantageous.
- Mechanical skills, with some electrical knowledge related to heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and repair/service manuals for independent troubleshooting and repairs.
- Must be willing to work overtime, including after hours, weekends, or public holidays, with prior notice.
