Responsibilities:
Fund Collateral Management:
- Participate in production calls to ensure timely delivery of factsheets and performance reviews for different channels.
- Update corporate action changes in the internal data portal to ensure that the impacts on factsheets are accurately reflected downstream.
- Perform sample audit checks on factsheets and performance reviews to verify accuracy, covering Singapore Retail factsheets, Singapore/Hongkong Professional factsheets, and Monthly/Quarterly Performance Reviews (MPR/QPR).
- Prepare and deliver the Monthly Composition of Dividend Payments report.
- Coordinate with an external vendor for typesetting the monthly dividend reports, proof-read the output, and distribute the final reports to the Sales team.
- Collaborate with the APAC (Asia Pacific) Product Development team to distribute regulatory materials like Product Prospectuses and Product Highlight Sheets (PHS), as well as other communication materials.
Sales Materials Support:
- Partner with the Sales team to develop and craft the product messaging and value proposition for key focus funds.
- Customize standard investment product presentations into sales decks tailored to Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
- Liaise with Investment Directing teams and use resources such as Bloomberg Terminal and reports to gather relevant investment information for sales presentations.
- Ensure sales materials receive compliance clearance, making necessary changes based on feedback.
- Manage the different versions of fund materials, including intermediary versions for Singapore, Accredited Investor and Professional Investor (AI/PI) sales decks for Hong Kong, as well as Singapore and Hong Kong fund placemats.
- Oversee the uploading of sales materials to external aggregator platforms like Fund Info and coordinate with external translators for translated materials as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in product management or sales support within financial services industry.
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with investment products and fund management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
