We are seeking a Manager who has experience in the Modern Off trade, specifically the Super/Hyper channels of the FMCG sector.
- Assist in developing and building of long-term strategic relationships with key customers to achieve business objectives
- Implement strategies (go-to-market strategies, sales strategies and customer strategies) for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals
- Lead regular business reviews with customers to ensure progress and alignment towards overall goals
- Identify the short-term business needs and objectives of key customers and develop strategies in order to achieve these objectives
- Conduct promotional/annual negotiations, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve sales target
- Gain approval from trade activities according to SOP
- Lead systematic post-evaluation of trade activities and develop a detailed understanding of the effectiveness of different investment levers
- Review customer account reports and analysis (scanned sales). Recommend sales/promotional activities to enhance performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (e.g. Field Marketing and Supply Chain Management) to ensure alignment of strategies and process
- Prepare & update competitors’ activities (including activities, pricing update)
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 to 4 years of Key Account Management experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong trade and operation knowledge (Modern Trade, DFI Group, Fairprice Group, Sheng Siong Group etc)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to make effective decisions
- Proficient in MS Office applications
