Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Thin Film, Etch, and Diffusion products.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to stay updated on product advancements and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance and market trends.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company’s products and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the semiconductor or related industries, specifically in Thin Film, Etch, and Diffusion technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
